We use Phorest at our college and have a rotating group of students each year/semester who are at different levels in their learning. As the semester goes on, they are able to do new services as they learn them. Sometimes we have up to 200 "staff members" (students) in a semester. I have to go through each student one by one on a weekly basis and open them up to new services. It is very time consuming. This would be 100x faster for us if there was the option to open up new services (Yes/No) for an entire Staff Category rather than each Staff Member individually.
