When we send reminders, there should be an easy way to click on a button that says "Reminder Sent" Which can then be changed to "Confirm" once it is in fact confirmed.

Surprised this doesn't exist already - It's pretty basic!!!

Leaving a message under notes is tedious , and not helpful
