send a notification to the owner/ manager when its employees birthday and anniversary of their start date!

PLEASE! This would be so helpful to remind us when it's our employees anniversary of them starting and their birthdays. Even a weekly email with what's coming up that week would be wonderful but if it popped up on the app each day as a reminder that would be fantastic.
