It would be nice if “hours sold” were tracked not just hours worked. This would help with tracking utilization better. As is now, I have to go back and count the hours it took to do services. So the hours that are marked for each service on screen would be tracked to give us a better idea of service sales per hour. This would be listed under KPI. Thank you
