Refunds on Phorest are ridiculously complicated! Why did I need a training video for something that should be as simple as clicking a refund button. I have worked with multiple other scheduling softwares and this is enough to make me wish we had chosen another company.

Marianna! I feel your pain. Seems everything to me in Phorest takes longer - a harder path to get to the end result. I wish Phorest would at least respond to our concerns. Deaf Ears I fear!

Marc Bourgeois Agree with both of you !!! This software has way too many complicated steps to get what should be done easily and the tracking of refunds is also horrible. Reports to see service returns by service provider ect. I am not happy with my switch and the locked in contract that limits your business from growth
