Some systems use the happiness scale. It would be nice if each client could be printed out with their service history, notes, formulas and products that they have purchased.
That way each artist will have the client info in front of them and then when they take their client up to the front desk, the receptionist has that paper to be able to track the happiness and everything that was covered on today’s appointment. So they then have info to ring out and also rebook and to close a sale for retail.
