There is currently a no show option to take payment through phorest pay if they have booked online but for clients that have been coming for years and don't book online there is no way of putting these no show payments through. Eg. A lady today has paid the full amount over the phone in order to book her next appointment as she cancelled so late however it has gone through as a treatment. I've written on her notes that it was chargeable at full price as was a no show but in her history of treatments it looks like she's had the service. Is there a way of putting no show clients through without phorest pay?
