We should be able to charge NO SHOW FEES regardless of if a guest has booked online or made a deposit. We schedule 90% of appointments in house when we rebook them for future reservations. If they don’t show up, I am unable to charge them because of that.

Phorest Product, whats the status of that feature? We have serious problems with no shows from customers that did not book online. (See incident 783406)

Agree, especially if there is proof that they agreed to the cancellation policy.
