Manager Override for No-Show Client making "In House" appointment(s)

I would like an override in place so that a manager will need to ok if a client does not need to prepay for a service when making an in-house appointment. I am currently having clients with 1 and 2 no shows calling that salon to make an appointment and the receptionist Not having that client prepay for the service when making the appointment. Then the client no shows and stylist get upset. So, the override will force all staff to take a prepayment before making the appointment.

yes because you don't see they've no showed until after it's booked.
