The employment salon of 2026 needs the ability to attribute 100% of service revenue to the stylist who consults, designs and delivers the main service, even when parts of that service are supported by other team members.
Clients still need to see a clear breakdown of services (e.g. balayage & toner), but revenue attribution shouldn’t be automatically split just because an assistant is involved.
Without this functionality, it’s difficult to build service menus and commission structures that are fair, accurate and fit for modern employment-led salons.
The ability to separate service visibility from revenue attribution would make a big difference. Thanks!
