Our staff work on a commission-based structure, and they deserve to receive their percentage of no-show and last-minute rescheduling fees. Currently, the process of manually closing out appointments and adding notes that a client was a no-show is outdated, inefficient, and hard to track.
Given the cost of the platform, we really need:
*The ability to charge no-show and rescheduling fees directly at checkout
*A designated "Last-Minute Reschedule" button to properly record and track these actions in the client's history
*Automatic commission calculations for these fees to ensure staff are fairly compensated
These updates would make tracking more transparent and help support both staff and business operations.
