Can we please have expert recommendations be able to chose ANY client for ANY hairdresser. It will be helpful for the whole team success if front of house can also send them, or owner manager to help with the flow.

ooh yes, I agree. as we have a reception person that usually closes the sale for our team. If a client doesn't make a purchase, the reception person can send the expert recommendation on behalf of the therapist. That would really help the team out.
