Blocking clients more specific to operators

Would like to have the ability to block clients from specific operators as opposed to blocking fully or nothing

This would be particularly helpful in the case of where we've had a client complaint, or mismatch. WE don't want to fire the client, but we also don't want them booking back with a specific technician. It would get rid of some of the awkward conversations by simply not offering that technician from online booking with that client. Or a pop up alerting a team member not to offer that person.
