Better way to check hours worked

Our hourly employees are finding it hard to check how many hours they worked within a certain period of time. There is the report under "additional reports", but we do not want to turn on access to this because it will give them access to EVERYONE's hours/reports they don't need to see. I also know there is the option to schedule reports, but with having a large salon with a lot of employees, it's a little bit too much to add to our onboarding/termination procedures. There should be an easier way to check this, like through the "dashboard" screens, or even have a nice summary of employees' previous clock ins when they clock in

Absolutely. I have asked for this for years. Our old software showed the current pay period and hours clocked on the time clock screen whenever someone clocked in., just for their hours. It was VERY efficient and useful. Helps the team member see if they forgot to clock out along the line, etc. before the end of the pay period, leaving appropriate time to correct it before payroll is processed.
