Automatically resend a confirmation email when a client moves their appointment

When a client needs to change the date/time of their appointment we use the copy and move function to do do but the client doesn't get a confirmation email to say this has been done. Clients very often call or email back to ask if the appointment has indeed been rescheduled, as they currently do not received confirmation of this.

Yes. When a client wants to move an appointment I do not use the move feature , I rebook because more times than not they ask for a conformation and of course it doesn't send one out.

Yes it’s about time the system did this! Handy if you don’t want to call someone to move an appointment 15 mins. Treatwell did this and it’s a feature I’ve always wanted in phorest

Well that’s not right… if a client moves they should most definitely be thrown back into confirmations.

Yes! We are often asked to send a new confirmation email out and have to do it manually.

This would help with clients calling and sending the old email asking if it was really canceled and also asking when their next appt is.
