In 2019, EU clients (total) spent the equivalent of 300 working days manually generating & placing orders in Phorest. This is based on time taken to place a simple order by a very experienced user, taking on average 5 minutes x total orders generated in 2019 by EU salons. There isn't supporting data to hand for the total time taken to export these orders and manually send orders to supplier via salon's own email engine. The starting fact is to give a broad gauge of the impact this improvement could make in reducing salon operational time spent for product ordering.

With brand alliance and scale as pillars, doing this could decrease waste for salons increasing salon efficiency and work for brand partnerships EG - Dermalogica/Clarins/L'Oreal/Kao etc.
