A client appt got cancelled by us and she said she confirmed and still had an appt. We had to look through everything while she was here. If she got an email saying we cancelled her appt, she would have called and we could have avoided the stress of finding her a spot or realized we had cancelled the wrong person in advance.

This would be very helpful in relieving the front desk from having to call the client back to confirm we cancelled, if they did in fact call to cancel.
