Allow changing text size for receipt printer in Phorest 10

The text on the receipts in Phorest 10 is very large and needs to be able to be adjusted! Then older version of Phorest had much smaller font.

The receipt function is now basically unusable as a result of this font increase. Please can this be amended back to the old formatting?
