Currently, discounts on services and products can be tracked with the Discounts and Special Offers report, which contains a summary of all discounts. It would be good if the discounts given were broken down by factor, for example, so that product discounts and service discounts have their own sections and aggregated amounts. In this way, discounts could be tracked through a single report for all factors. A change to the report would make it easier to track the amount of rebates given, as well as the calculation of authors' commissions.
