Currently, only text can be added to the e-gift card page, which also appears on the gift card purchased by the customer. A development proposal would be the option to add a separate help text to the page, which would be visible to the purchaser of the gift card, but not on the gift card itself. Salons could take advantage of this, for example, to provide guidance on the use and purchase of gift cards.

It would be useful to add AI features to marketing messages to help translate and create content.

The “Anyone” option of online appointment booking would be good to hide when there is one employee in the store. The extra option causes confusion for customers.

Reviews should also be displayed in the branded app, so that customers can view them, for example, on the app's homepage or when making an appointment.

Currently, a user who has the right to see completed consultation forms can see the complete personal data on the form, even if the right to view customer data is disabled. The proposal would be that restrictions on the visibility of customer data would also apply to personal data on consultation forms, so that, for example, phone numbers and email addresses would not be visible to users who do not have access to customer contact information.

Currently, services marked as “Additional Service Only” can be booked in store and online reservation only in connection with the services to which they are separately connected. It would be useful for shop staff to be able to book all additional services in connection with all treatments without the need for an additional service to be linked to that service. This would make it easier to add additional services to appointments and give staff more flexibility.

Service for categories would be good to have subcategories. E.g. Beautician facials and pedicures fall under the categories so that there is not an insanely long list of where to look. Colours under the category could also get stained glass colours, stripes, etc.

Currently, you cannot specify adding images to forms as a mandatory field, so you may forget the image documentation required for care. Supervisory authorities are increasingly demanding more accurate documentation, especially in aesthetic treatments.

Reviews in the feature would be good if you could respond to feedback directly from the system and it would be good if the feature had ready-made automatic responses from where you could choose the appropriate option.

It would be good for the system to automatically send a message to the wait-list client when time frees up. The client should be able to confirm the time directly through the message, in which case it will be automatically saved in the calendar. In addition, it would be good for the movement to be able to self-edit and extend that window of time (instead of the current 7 minutes) that the free time is available to reserve before it leaves the calendar.
