Let us dictate when and why there's a red flag

We should be allowed to toggle on/off the red flag for our own reasons. I like that it tells you a profile is incomplete BUTTTT what if we want to alert the staff or reception that something ELSE is wrong with the appt. We have no way of doing that visually. It would be helpful to highlight or flag a booking that needs some kind of attention on our own. (and not have to use the notes cause it'll get too busy)

Id like to be able to set what (missing) info prompts a reg flag, such as missing credit card info in Phorest pay. We don't collect home addresses so currently every client of ours has a red flag - so we don't use the feature at all.
